Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Kiana. I know how easy it is to spend so much time caring for everyone else that you lose sight of yourself. I'm a therapist who values connection, honesty, and growth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. I'm warm and supportive, but also direct when it matters. I don't believe in staying stuck—I help you understand patterns, work through challenges, and move forward with intention. I often work with high-functioning women, overwhelmed moms, and young adults navigating life transitions, helping them create more balance, clarity, and alignment in their lives.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based practices with body awareness and emotional insight, creating a space that is both supportive and goal-oriented. Together, we'll explore patterns, regulate emotions, and take intentional steps toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.

I help clients work through anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we'll identify patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical coping skills so you can experience greater clarity, improved balance, and a stronger sense of control in your daily life.

Life has a way of asking more from us than we ever imagined. Sometimes we rise to meet those demands; other times, we simply do what we have to do to make it through the day. Whether you're overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, navigating a major life transition, or carrying responsibilities that feel impossible to set down, you don't have to keep facing it alone.

Perhaps you've become so focused on surviving that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly live. Maybe you've lost touch with the version of yourself who felt hopeful, confident, or at peace. If that resonates with you, know that healing doesn't begin by having all the answers. It begins by having a place where you can finally exhale. My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to listen without judgment, walk alongside you through the difficult moments, and help you reconnect with the person you were before life became so heavy. Together, we'll work toward creating a life that feels more grounded, more meaningful, and more like your own again.
